At what times are the check-ins and check outs?

Check-in starts at 3pm. Please note that we are not a hotel. Please let us know your time of arrival in the commentary box so that we know at what time we must send someone at the apartment to welcome you and to give you the keys of the flat. Check-out are before 11am.

Is there a parking space with the apartment?

No, but all of our apartments are located close to a public parking lot

Are towels and bed sheets provided in the apartment?

Yes we provide towels and beds sheets.

Does cleaning service is included?

Cleaning fees is mandatory. It will be add automatically to your reservation.

Will I sign a short term rental agreement ?

Yes, you’ll receive by mail a contrat that you have to sign to validate your reservation.

Will I receive an invoice after the check-out?

Yes, you’ll receive your invoice by mail just after your reservation.

Cancelation policy

All bookings are definitive and non refundable.

Are animals allowed in the apartments ?

Animals are not allowed in the apartments

Can I smoke in the apartments ?

Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartments.

Is there any deposit ?

Deposit is done automatically when you complete your reservation. A print of your credit card is done. The amount is 300€ for apartments and 1000€ for houses with swimming pool
